I would like to take a moment to publicly congratulate myself on momentarily getting the hang of this “meal plan and prep” on Sunday business that everyone is always raving about. I don’t really know what I’m going to eat when, but here are the fruits of my labor of yesterday + today:

- Cheesy Broccoli Quinoa Casserole (which I froze raw and will bake one night this week for dinner + lunch/future dinners with the leftovers)

For this weirdly uncharacteristic show of actually being on top of my life, I would like to thank Pinterest and the Spotify 90s Alternative Rock Super List. I rule all and turn into a weird domestic goddess when Lisa Loeb, Beck, Bush, and Garbage are blasting.
Although on days like today, it’s pretty hard to keep THIS out of my head.


I LOVE that graphic. It sums up how I feel any time I do an early morning workout, clean up, etc. You know, normal things that deserve no awards recognition whatsoever.

Congrats!! I am still working on the whole weekly prepping, but meal planning I have gotten down! What a great job!
